Winifred (Winnie) J. Andromalos, 88, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on Monday December 19, 2016 at her home.
Born on February 15, 1928 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry F. and Almira (Fisher) Duncan, and she was the widow of Nicholas H. Andromalos.
Winifred will always be remembered for her kindness and loving nature. She was a supportive and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her son, Nicholas H. Andromalos, Jr. and his wife Pamela, of Columbus, OH; three daughters, Susan McGlone and her husband Donald, of Mechanicsburg, PA; Nancy Owen and her husband Timothy, of Wylie, TX; and Sandra Contreras and her husband Jesus, of Shiremanstown, PA; a brother, John Duncan and his wife Charlotte, of McKees Rocks, PA; a sister, Nancy Wohleber, of Silver Spring, MD; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Davis and Dorothy Westphall.
Winifred's funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 27, 2016 in the Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St, Camp Hill, with the Rev. Brian Harrison officiating. A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service at 11:30 A.M. Burial will be held following the service in Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 2nd Lock Rd, Lancaster, PA.
