William B. Boles
William "Bill" B. Boles, 82, of Enola, PA passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at UPMC West Shore.
Born July 2, 1941, in Chester, PA, he was the son of the late William Vincent and Ann (Drungil) Boles. He was married to Joan Frances (Murphy) Boles.
He graduated from Chester High School and from Drexel University. He was an accountant and partner with Boles, Metzger, Brosius and Walburn Accounting Firm. He served in the United States Marines during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of the Good Shepherd Church in Camp Hill, and previously was a member of the Rotary Club, the Enola American Legion and VFW. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, loved reading and listening to all types of music. His favorite times were spent enjoying time with his family,
Bill is survived by his wife, Joan Boles, a daughter Deanna Boles of Enola, PA, a son William A. Boles of Enola, three grandchildren Nathaniel, Jaren and Sierra and a great-granddaughter Briley, a brother David Bolles and his wife Darlene of Phoenixville, PA and a sister Gloria Misturak and her husband Bob of Fairport, New York, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Jackie Smallwood and a brother Richard Boles.
A Celebration for Bill's Life luncheon will be planned at a later date. Private burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Mechanicsburg, PA.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, to please make a donation to Hershey Medical Center's Children Hospital.
