Adored wife, mother, and grandmother, Theresa Comstock passed away surrounded by family on Friday, March 30th in her home in Camp Hill that she shared with her family for 60 years. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Chester F. Comstock, sons David and Michael, daughter Jane, and grandchildren Matthew, Hannah, Megan, Sarah, and Michael.
Theresa was born in Trenton, NJ the daughter of Polish immigrants. She had four older sisters who preceded her in death. Theresa's passion was her family.
She was active in the Camp Hill Woman's Club, in the Auxiliary to the Harrisburg chapter of PSPE, and a past President of Wives of Professional Engineers. In addition to shepherding her family, she enjoyed travelling the country and the world with Chet and meeting many new friends along the way.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, April 9, 2018, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3435 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA, 17011, with Father Benedict Faneye as Celebrant. A viewing will be held in the church on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the mass. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Myers-Harner Funeral and Cremation Services Inc.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Church of the Good Shepherd in Camp Hill.
