Steven C. Crouse, Sr., 71, of Camp Hill, passed away August 25, 2026, at UPMC Harrisburg. He was born December 11, 1954 to the late James and Ruth (Swartzweller) Crouse.
Steven was a custodian at Camp Hill Presbyterian Church, and was a lifelong member there. He was born the son of a mill worker. Steve was an avid fan of Steel City athletics (Steelers, Pirates and Rollers). He enjoyed fishing, mission projects (MATE) with his friends and had a deep passion for his large black rescue dogs. Steve never turned down the opportunity to sit and talk with friends and family while enjoying some hotdogs and hamburgers. Above all, Steven was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved his family more than anything else.
Surviving Steven is his wife of 47 years, Linda (Shover) Crouse; his children, Steven Crouse Jr. and wife Virginia B. Finn, and Jessica Stewart (Crouse); and grandchildren, Raven, Kendall, Kaleb, Londyn. He will be missed by his family and friends, who will carry with them the memories of a wonderfully compassionate man with a huge heart and amazing sense of humor. He was the wind beneath many wings.
