Rob is survived by his loving wife of 18 years Grace T. (Tebo) Hoyt; his children Bonnie Jenkins and husband Michael, of Mechanicsburg, PA, Robert Hoyt III and wife Rebecca of Mebane, NC, and Ryan Hoyt and wife Loana, of New Cumberland, PA; his siblings Darlene Bennett and husband Al, of Warsaw, NY, Gary Hoyt and wife Carol, of Stuart, FL, Ron Hoyt and wife Karen, of East Bethany, NY, and Tom Hoyt and wife Desire', of Crestwood, KY; 7 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rob was the 1976 Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and a long-term employee of AMP Inc./Tyco Electronics, from which he retired in 2013.
Rob was an active member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Camp Hill.
