Regina "Jean" C. Chonuskie, 97, of Camp Hill, passed away on Saturday January 3, 2015 at Golden Living Center, Camp Hill.
Born on January 6, 1917 in Archbald, PA, she was the daughter of the late Isadore and Mary (Wasclousky) Milouka.
She had worked as a Clerk Typist at the Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg. Jean was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd.
She is survived by a niece, Karen J. Norrell, of Idaho Falls, and two nephews, James Norrell, of Idaho Falls, and Vincent Shemansky, of MD
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Joseph T. Chonuskie who died in 2002 and also a sister, Clementine "Tina" Norrell.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday January 8, 2015 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Camp Hill, with the Rev. Benedict Faneye as celebrant. A viewing will be held in the church on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the mass. Burial will be held following the mass at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, is handling funeral arrangements.
