Randy M. Herweg, 61, of New Cumberland, passed away on Friday January 3, 2014 at his home.
Born on March 5, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Charles P. and Catherine (Cleary) Herweg.
He was a graduate of Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School. He was a bartender and had also worked as a Service Advisor for Cumberland Valley Motors and also for Batteries Plus in Camp Hill. He had also been a volunteer with the Red Cross Animal Assisted Therapy Program, and had enjoyed competing in Flyball with his dog.
He is survived by his wife, Dena (Wetzler) Herweg, of New Cumberland; two daughters, one son, a brother, Thomas Herweg and his wife Patricia, Camp Hill, one granddaughter, a nephew and two nieces.
Funeral services will be private and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
