Pauline (Sites) Lindeman, 92, of Messiah Village, Mechanicsburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 23, 2017. She was the widow of Kenneth E. Lindeman to whom she was married for 56 years.
Pauline was born on September 4, 1924 in Greason, PA, the daughter of the late Daniel R. and Susan L. (Cooley) Sites. Pauline was a graduate of Chambersburg High School, class of 1942, and retired from IBM Corporation in 1983.
She loved music and playing the piano and organ. She was a charter member of Country & Town Baptist Church and served as organist for the first 15 years of the church's existence.
She is survived by her daughter Bonnie of Shiremanstown, her son Kenneth and his wife Barbara of Lansdowne, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Barbara, brothers Benjamin and Daniel Sites, step sister Mabel Hobday, and step brothers Merle, Leroy, and Harold Sites.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday April 27, 2017 in the Country and Town Baptist Church, 220 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA with Rev. Dr. Robert L. Hylton and Rev. Phil Cockrell officiating. A viewing will be held in the church on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Burial will be held in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill. Myers-Harner Funeral & Cremation Services, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
