Neil C. Osmun, 77, of Dillsburg, PA passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at UPMC Carlisle.

Born August 19, 1946, in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Madeline R. (Kossifos) Osmun. He married Judith K. (Looker) Osmun.

Neil graduated from the Camp Hill High School and had attended Harrisburg Area Community College. He was a self employed General Contractor. He was a member of the AACA and the Thunderbird Club and was a Ford Motor Company and Penn State Nittany Lions fanatic. He enjoyed collecting antique cars, maintaining them to factory standards and attending car shows across the east coast with his wife and friends of similar interest.

He is survived by his wife Judith K. Osmun of Dillsburg, PA, a son Roger Osmun of New Hampshire, a daughter Kelly McNew and her husband Ray of Dillsburg, PA, and a grandson Cody Leitzel.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother E. Richard Osmun.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in the Camp Hill Cemetery.
