Obituary

Mildred A. Miller, 98, formerly Mildred A. Grimm, passed away on Monday October 28, 2019 at her home in Camp Hill. Born on June 11, 1921 in Marshfield, WI, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Coletta (Durst) Seidl, and she was the widow of Paul B. Miller. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Glenn R. Grimm. Mildred was a graduate of Marshfield High School. She was a retired receptionist and secretary for the PA Medical Society. Mildred had also worked as a Camera Operator for WITF, where she filmed Jim Henson and the Muppets. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Camp Hill, and the Red Hat Society. Mildred is survived by two daughters, Candice Grimm, of Camp Hill, and Gwen Dood and her husband James, of Newaygo, MI; a son, Thomas Grimm, of Bangkok, Thailand; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday November 4, 2019 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3435 E. Trindle Rd., Camp Hill, with Rev. Neil Sullivan as Celebrant. A reception in the Parish Hall will be held immediately following the mass. Burial will be held following the reception in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Mechanicsburg. Myers-Harner Funeral & Cremation Services, Camp Hill, has been entrusted with funeral arrangements. All flowers should be delivered to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3435 E. Trindle Rd., Camp Hill, on Monday November 4th by 11:00 A.M.
