It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Matthew P. Shanabrough on March 25, 2015. Born on March 13, 1965 in Harrisburg, he was the son of Boise & Judy Shanabrough, of Carlisle, and Annette (Yurcic) Fallisch, of Cape Coral, FL.
Matt was a 1984 graduate of Camp Hill High School and was an Auto Mechanic by trade. He enjoyed football, hunting, fishing, weight training and spending time with his children.
He is survived by his three daughters, Presley, Paris, and Brooke Shanabrough, all of Wellsville; three sisters,Anita Maher, Joan Cook and Julie Schweitzer; two brothers, John and Donald Cook; Angie (Shanabrough) Kofalt; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Yurcic.
A celebration of Matt's life will begin with a visitation of family and friends at 1:00 pm Monday, March 30, 2015 in the Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill. A service will follow at 2:00 pm. At the request of Matthew's family, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Myers-Harner Funeral Home to assist with the cost of funeral services
