Mary-Louise Johnson, 84, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on May 19, 2024. She was born on December 24, 1939, to the late Carl and Elizabeth Harnischfeger. Mary-Louise was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert W Johnson III.

Mary-Louise, also known as "Weze," was a devoted mother to Elizabeth Nichol (Tom), Slate Sr (Stephanie), and Aimee Benavides (Frisel). She cherished her role as a grandmother to Anne Springer (Micah), Slate Jr, and  Catherine Johnson; Alice, Maria, and Cecilia Benavides.

Mary-Louise is also survived by her brother Carl "Ned" Harnischfeger Jr., brother in law Edward "Toby" Johnson (Sandy)  and many nieces and nephews.

A graduate of St. Mary's Hall-Doane Academy in Burlington, NJ, Mary-Louise furthered her education at Green Mountain College, VT, and Columbia School of Nursing , NYC. Mary-Louise found joy in gardening, entertaining, and traveling. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, hosting porch parties with neighbors, and enjoying the amenities of Camp Hill with her late husband, Al.

A ceremony to honor Mary-Louise's life will be held on Saturday, June 29, at 12:00 pm at Mt. Calvary Episcopal Church, 125 N 25th St, Camp Hill, PA. Interment will be held following the service in Kirk's Garden, located on the grounds of the church. A reception will be held following the interment in the church undercroft.

The Myers-Baker Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements during this difficult time. Mary-Louise's infectious laughter and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
