Obituary

Margaret "Peg" E. Phillips, 93, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at her home. Born on January 15, 1928, in Plymouth, PA, she is the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Powell) Evans, and she was the widow of Jesse R. Phillips. Peg was a graduate of Mahanoy Twp. High School. She was retired from the former Cumberland County National Bank. She is a longtime member of the West Shore Baptist Church, Camp Hill. Peg is survived by daughter, Mary Beth Phillips of Lemoyne, sons, Robert Phillips (Jean) of Lemoyne, William E. Phillips (Dawn) of Mechanicsburg, Thomas F. Phillips (Mark) of Camp Hill, four grandchildren, Jessica, Danielle, Heather, and April, and three great grandchildren, McKenzie, Gracie, and Cooper. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rachael Creasy, and two brothers, William and David Evans. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, in the Chapel of Peace, located on the grounds of Rolling Green Cemetery, 1811 Carlisle Rd., Camp Hill, PA. Myers-Baker Funeral & Cremation Services, Camp Hill, has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.

Starts at 1:30 pm

All who would like to attend should meet directly at the cemetery. If entering the main gates of the cemetery, follow the MYERS-BAKER arrow at each intersection. The arrows will lead you directly to the chapel of peace.
