Loralee A. O'Rourke, 79, of Mechanicsburg, PA, entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at her residence. Born October 23, 1943, in Lansing, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Francis Roy and Alice Laureen (Smith) Southwell.

Loralee graduated from Michigan Center High School. She retired as an operations manager in the banking industry. Loralee was a longtime resident in the greater Las Vegas area before moving to be with her family in Pennsylvania.

Loralee was a great cook and enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. She was a confidant and mentor to those close to her and had sharp wit and unbelievable sense of humor. Loralee was a dedicated, selfless and loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend; family was everything to her.

She is survived by her children; Scott (Dana) McEllis, Dennis McEllis and Kim Langlois, her nine grandchildren; Michael, Miranda, Hale (Jennifer), Jacob, Bennett, Claire, Lily, Max and Sadie, her great-grandchild Silas, her brothers and sisters; Terry (Mary) Southwell, David (Chris) Southwell, Ruth DeBoard, Jane (Steve) Poole, and John (Janice) Southwell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Benjamin McEllis.
