Jetty L. Jaeger, 85, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle, PA. Born on September 9, 1939, in Scott Twp., Allegheny County, PA. She was the daughter of the late Wilbert Glen and Virginia E. (Jones) Simpson, and she was the widow of William F. Jaeger. Jetty was a former packer at Pennington Warehouse. She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Sweigart and her husband Randy, of Mechanicsburg, PA, Carolyn Tantullo and her husband Joseph, of Rutherford, NJ, and Emma Abate, of Carlisle, PA. Two sons, Carl Jaeger (Paula Whiteman), of Carlisle, PA and Anthony Jaeger, of Carlisle, PA. One brother, Charles Simpson, of New Jersey, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Kenneth Abate, a brother, Donald Simpson, and two sisters, Mildred Costillo and Emma Colamarino. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
