James Leonard Taylor, 51, of Camp Hill passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Born August 3, 1973, in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Gary and Patricia (Shreffler) Taylor. He was married to Whitney (Kramer) Taylor.

James was a 1991 graduate of Northern High School in Dillsburg. He was a veteran of the United States Army and the Army National Guard. He currently was the lead health tech with MEPS.

James loved sports, was an avid runner and participated in 5K's and 10K's and Tough Mudders. He enjoyed golfing, spending time with family and friends, traveling and being a good cat dad.

James is survived by his wife, Whitney Taylor; his parents Gary and Patricia Taylor of Wellsville, PA; two brothers, his twin Darryl Taylor and his wife AnnMarie and their daughter Madison Taylor of Manchester, PA, and Nick Taylor of Philadelphia.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. in the Myers-Baker Funeral Home, 1903 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. A viewing will be held from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 A.M. in the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA 17003.
