Herbert H. Walters of Camp Hill passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Lena G. Walters and was the son of the late Herbert M. and Clara B. Walters. Survivors include his sons Jeffrey (wife Laura) of Dillsburg and Steven (wife Jan) of Fleetwood; his granddaughters Courtney and Chelsea Walters; his brothers Maurice Elicker and Kenneth (wife Betty) Walters; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Sarah Weidenhoft and Evelyn Mowery and his brothers Woodrow and Arthur Walters. Herb spent his professional career with Firestone Motors, Lemoyne, PA and greatly enjoyed his job and the relationships he developed with his coworkers, customers, and business friends. He was a graduate of Camp Hill High School and attended Thompson Institute and was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientists, Harrisburg. He was a Navy veteran having served on aircraft carriers during World War II. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
