Gladys L. Laubenstine, 88, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Born in Schuylkill Haven, PA on Mother's Day, May 14, 1933, to the late Norman and Helen (Scharadin) Stoudt, and she was the widow of Ronald K. Laubenstine.

She graduated from Schuylkill Haven High School in 1951. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Camp Hill.

Gladys was a den mother for the Cub Scout Pack of Troup 285. She enjoyed reading and traveling.

Gladys is survived by a son David Laubenstine and his wife Kathi of Mechanicsburg, PA; two step-grandchildren, Lyndsey Hornock and her fiancé Sean; Jonathan Hornock and his wife Molly; three step-great-grandchildren: Bishop, Leighton, and Enver; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband Ronald, Gladys was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Alan Laubenstine, and a sister Georgine Ruff.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Myers-Baker Funeral Home, 1903 Market St, Camp Hill, with Pastor John Brock officiating. A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:30 P.M. until the time of the service. Burial will be held immediately following the service in Rolling Green Cemetery, 1811 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill.
