Evelyn M. Buhay, 88, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023, at Bridges of Bent Creek, Mechanicsburg.

She was born July 5, 1935, in Mount Carmel, PA, the daughter of the late John and Clara (Pulaski) Pavloski. She married Walter Buhay on September 22, 1956, and celebrated 67 years of marriage. She was a devoted mother, homemaker, and Air Force wife. She lived her life for her family and her dog, Princess.

She was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Camp Hill.

Evelyn is survived by her husband Walter Buhay, two daughters JoAnn McPherson-Hippensteel and husband Jim, Diane Billman and husband Todd, three sisters Dorothy Jessick, Patricia Tucker and husband Bob, and Jacqueline Stone and husband Joe, three grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3435 E. Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, with Rev. Neil S. Sullivan as Celebrant. A visitation with Evelyn's family will be held in the church on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be held following the Mass in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 1313 South York Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
