Edwin (Ed) H. Aunspach age 81 of Mechanicsburg passed away on February 12, 2016. He was born on August 30, 1934 in Harrisburg to the late Clarence and Mildred (Lowe) Aunspach.

Ed was a 1952 graduate of John Harris High School. He retired after 34 years with Bell Telephone (Verizon) and was a member of the Air Force National Guard for 10 years. He was a life, member of the Verizon Pioneers and was of the Lutheran Faith. Ed enjoyed playing golf, hunting, fishing, and attending his grandson's sports activities.

Surviving are his wife Nancy (Klock) Aunspach to whom he was married to for 58 years; one son Gregory L. Aunspach and wife Catherine of Mechanicsburg, and two grandsons, Brian and Sean.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday February 19, 2016 in Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
