Chief Warrant Officer Paul H. Duggan, Jr., 84, of Camp Hill, passed away on Thursday October 19, 2017 at Frey Village, Middletown. Born on December 15, 1932, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Paul H. and Mary G. (Farmerie) Duggan, Sr. Paul was retired from the US-Army, he served during the Korean War and Vietnam War. In addition to serving in Korea and Vietnam, he served overseas in Japan, Liberia, West Africa. He was awarded with several medals during his service, most notably the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Following his military retirement Paul was a Systems Analyst at the New Cumberland Army Depot. He was a member of the Lower Allen VFW Post 7530, Military Officers Assoc. of America, and the Church of the Good Shepherd in Camp Hill. Paul enjoyed collecting military memorabilia. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary M. (Garrett) Duggan, of Camp Hill; a daughter, Christine A. Foreman and her husband Tim, of Hummelstown; four grandchildren, Erin E. Lewis, Lauren A. Duggan, David P. Pepperman, and Michael P. Pepperman; and two great grandchildren, Easton and Chase Lewis. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Michael D. Duggan, two sisters, and a brother. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday October 23, 2017 in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3435 E. Trindle Rd., Camp Hill, with Rev. James Sterner as Celebrant. A viewing will be held in the church on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the mass. A graveside service with full military honors will be held immediately following the mass at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
