Cha Hee Lee, age 106, of Mechanicsburg, went to be with the Lord's eternal rest at 9:50 am on April 5, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 26, 1908, she was the eldest daughter of the late Ha Yun Lee and Soo Im Shin of Korea. She was preceded in death by her husband, Young Shin Lee. Over the course of a century of her life, she witnessed the Great World Wars, Japanese colonialism and the Korean War. She deeply loved family and had strong faith in God. She had blessed death to be with God's Lent. Surviving are son Ui U. Lee and wife Pyong S. Lee; daughter Jung S. Lee and husband Jin H. Baek; daughter Choon J. Lee (passed away) and husband Kang R. Lee; granddaughter Sue K. Lee and husband Bruce Bershtein; grandson Yong J. Lee and wife Pauline Cho; grandson Han J. Lee and wife Phoejin Kim; and 11 great grandchildren. The viewing will take place at 7:00-8:00 pm on Friday, April 11th at Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, PA. The funeral service is at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 12th at Harrisburg Korean Presbyterian Church, 1127 Slate Hill Rd., PA.
