Andrew M. Croftcheck, Sr., 92, of Camp Hill, passed away on Monday April 11, 2016.
Born on July 24, 1923 in Fayette County, PA, he was the son of the late Michael and Ann (Sabula) Croftcheck and was the widower of Justina "Jay" Rita (Ermini) Croftcheck.
He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII, and was retired from General Motors Acceptance Corp. He was an alumnus of Duquesne University. He was a longtime member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Camp Hill. A life member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Knights of Columbus and Slovak Garden, Winter Park, FL.
He is survived by two sons, Andrew Croftcheck, Jr., of Camp Hill, and Michael Croftcheck, of Carlisle. Four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Camp Hill, with Rev. Benedict Faneye as Celebrant. A visitation will be held in the church on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the mass. A reception will be held in the church following the mass. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Wednesday April 20th at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3435 Trindle Rd., Camp Hill, PA 17011.
